补肾助孕方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症疗效观察

为观察补肾助孕方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效，56例患者根据月经周期的不同时期采用补肾助孕方加减治疗。观察患者受孕和月经周期改善情况，B超连续动态监测卵泡直径和子宫内膜的生长发育情况。结果：受孕率为55.35％，月经恢复正常总有效率为58．54％，卵泡和子宫内膜生长发育明显优于治疗前。提示补肾助孕方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症疗效确切。

Clinical Observation of "Bushen Zhuyun Decoction" in Treating Infertility due to Ovulatory Dysfunction

To observe the clinical effects of "Bushen Zhuyun Decoction" in the treatment of infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction, 56 cases were tre ated with this Decoction that may be modified upon the menstrual cycle. The preg nancy rate, menstrual condition, the growth and development of follicle and endo metrium were detected. Results: After treatment, the pregnancy rate was 55.35% a nd the menstrual recovery rate was 58.54%; the follicle and endometrium develope d more excellently than before treatment. It is indicated that this Decoction ha s positive effects on infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction.
