易筋经结合饮食调摄干预糖调节受损临床观察

摘    要:目的观察易筋经结合饮食调摄干预糖调节受损的临床疗效。方法将120例糖调节受损患者随机分为对照组与干预组,每组60例。两组均给予饮食调摄,干预组同时给予每日30 min易筋经锻炼。干预1年后,观察糖尿病的发生率和检测空腹血糖、糖负荷后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平变化。结果干预组2型糖尿病年转化率为6.67%,对照组为21.67%;两组转化率比较有统计学差异(P0.05);干预后干预组空腹血糖、糖负荷后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白较干预前明显降低(P0.05),且干预组低于对照组(P0.05)。结论易筋经结合饮食调摄可改善糖调节受损状况,降低糖尿病发生率。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of changing tendon exercise and dietary therapy for impaired glucose regulation (IGR). Methods One hundred and twenty cases with IGR were randomized into control group and intervene group, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given dietary therapy and intervene group was added with changing tendon exercise, 30 min per day. We detected the occurrence rate of diabetes, fasting blood-glucose (FBG) level, 2 hour OGTT glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level after 1 year. Results The annual progression rate was 6.67% in intervene group, and 21.67% in control group, with a difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; after intervening, the levels of FBG, 2 hour OGTT glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were reduced ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and lower than that of the controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Combined changing tendon exercise and dietary therapy can improve the condition in IGR and reduce the occurrence rate of diabetes.
