荆蝉祛风汤结合中药外洗治疗婴儿湿疹临床观察

目的观察中药内服结合外洗治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将120例患儿按3∶1随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以荆蝉祛风汤结合中药外洗方治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,疗程4周。观察两组临床疗效、皮损和瘙痒变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为84.5%,对照组为76.7%;两组临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗后两组瘙痒和皮损严重程度(ADS)积分均显著降低(P0.05),且治疗组ADS积分低于对照组(P0.05)。结论中药内服结合外洗治疗婴儿湿疹可明显改善皮损,减轻瘙痒。

Combination of ＂Jingchan Qufeng Decoction＂ and external herbal lotion for the treatment of infantile eczema

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine externally and internally on infantile eczema. Methods One hundred and twenty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group according to 3：1 ratio. Treatment group was treated with ＂Jingchan Qufeng Decoction＂ and external herbal lotion, and control group was treated by routine western medicine, with the course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, skin lesions and praritus were observed. Results The total effective rate was 84.5% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the scores of pruritus and ADS were reduced markedly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the ADS score in treatment group was lower than that of the controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined internal and external application of Chinese medicine can relieve skin lesion and alleviate pruritus in infantile eczema.
