咳喘六味合剂结合常规疗法治疗哮喘慢性持续期临床观察

摘    要:目的观察咳喘六味合剂治疗哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法将103例哮喘慢性持续期患者随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(51例);两组均给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,观察组同时服用咳喘六味合剂,疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效和肺功能指标变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.30%,对照组为82.35%;两组临床疗效有统计学差异(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FVC、FEV1、PEF等肺功能指标均明显升高(P0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P0.05)。结论咳喘六味合剂可提高哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效,改善肺功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Kechuan Liuwei Mixture" and routine treatment for chronic persistent asthma. Methods One hundred and three cases with chronic persistent asthma were randomly divided into observation group (n = 52) and control group (n = 51 ) ; both groups were treated with Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate Powder Inhalation, and observation group was added with " Kechuan Liuwei Mixture", with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy and indicators of pulmonary function were observed. Results The total effective rate was 92.30% in the observation group and 82.35% in the control group, with a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After treatment, the lung function indicators such as FVC, FEVI, PEF were increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), which was higher in observation group than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion "Kechuan Liuwei Mixture" can improve the clinical efficacy and pulmonary function in patients with chronic persistent asthma.
