| 摘 要： | 目的观察强肝胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠模型肝脏脂质的影响。方法高脂饲料制备SD大鼠NAFLD模型,随机分为模型组、强肝胶囊组和辛伐他汀组。药物干预4周后行肝组织生化和病理学检测。结果强肝胶囊能明显降低NAFLD大鼠模型肝脂(TG、TC)的水平,改善脂肪变性,降低肝脏炎症反应,且效果优于辛伐他汀(P<0.05)。结论强肝胶囊对NAFLD大鼠肝脏脂质和炎症有较好的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of"Qianggan Capsule"on hepaticlipid in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rats.Methods The NAFLD SD rat model was established by high fat diet and the rats were then divided into model control group,"Qianggan Capsule"group and Simvastatin group.Biochemistry of liver tissues and liver specimens were detected respectively after 4-week treatment.Results"Qianggan Capsule"could obviously improve hepatitosteatosis,reduce hepaticlipid (TC,TG) and liver inflammatory reaction of NAFLD rats. Conclusion"Qianggan Capsule"has better therapeutic effects on hepaticlipid and inflammation of NAFLD rats. |
