| 摘 要： | 目的观察滋阴通淋方治疗慢性尿路感染的临床疗效及其对患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各30例）;治疗组服用滋阴通淋方,对照组服用左氧氟沙星片;两组疗程均为4周,疗程结束后,观察临床疗效及外周血、尿中白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.6%和63.3%;组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后主要症状积分明显降低（P〈0.05）;组间治疗后比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗前后外周血、尿中IL-6均明显降低（P〈0.05）;组间治疗后比较,外周血、尿IL-6差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论滋阴通淋方对慢性尿路感染有良好的效果,具有免疫调节和抗炎的双重作用。
