益心方治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛48例

目的探讨益心方治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及作用机制。方法将96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各48例;在常规西药治疗的基础上,治疗组给予益心方口服,对照组予复方丹参片口服,疗程4周。观察治疗前后心绞痛发作情况和硝酸甘油用量,并检测治疗前后C-反应蛋白(CRP)和基质金属蛋白酶-(9MMP-9)的含量。结果治疗组心绞痛发作次数、每次发作持续时间、每天硝酸甘油用量情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心绞痛疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)治疗后两组CRP及MMP-9的含量均明显下降,且治疗组两者含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益心方对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛有较好的临床疗效,其作用机制可能与该方能降低冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者血清CRP、MMP9含量,防止不稳定斑块破裂有关。

Clinical Observation of "Yixin Decoction" in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris: A report of 48 cases

Objective To explore the effects and mechanisms of "Yixin Decoction" in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Ninety-six subjects were treated in routine way and randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 48 cases were additionally treated by "Yixin Decoction" and control group in which 48 cases were additionally treated by Compound Danshen Droplet, with a course of 4 weeks. An observation was done on the duration of angina pectoris attack, C-reaction protein(CRP) and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) in both groups. Results The frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack and the doses of nitroglycerin were significantly decreased (P < 0.05); the clinical effects in treatment group was better than that in control group. Also, the decreases of CRP and MMP-9 levels were significantly greater in treatment group than in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion "Yixin Decoction" was an effective treatment for unstable angina pectoris possibly by decreasing the contents of CRP and MMP-9 and preventing the instability of vulnerable atherosclerotic plaques.
