| 摘 要： | 目的观察百合温胆汤对失眠症的临床疗效。方法选择无器质性病变,根据CCMD-3诊断标准诊断为失眠症,中医辨证为痰热内扰者62例,随机分为治疗组(百合温胆汤治疗,32例)和对照组(安慰剂,30例),治疗前和治疗两周后观察SPIEGEL和中医症状、证候量表评分变化情况,以减分率评定疗效,并对治疗组和对照组各1例进行治疗前后多导睡眠图分析。结果治疗两周后,两组痊愈、显效和总有效率均有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组证候积分治疗前后有明显改善(均P<0.05),治疗后组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论百合温胆汤是治疗痰热内扰型失眠症的有效方剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"Baihe Wendan Decoction"in the treatment of insomnia.Methods Sixty-two subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by"Baihe Wendan Deciction"and control group in which 30 cases were treated by placebo.SPIEGEL and clinical symptoms scale were used to evaluate the efficacy.Results There was an obvious difference between treatment and control groups in cure and effective rates(P < 0.05,P < 0.01);symptom scale decreased obviously(P < 0.05).SWS was significant in treatment group.Conclusion This Decoction is quite effective for insomnia. |
