| 摘 要： | 目的观察会厌逐瘀汤治疗痰热郁结型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将60例痰热郁结型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组对照租各30例,分别给予会厌逐瘀汤和葛根汤治疗,30天为1个疗程,观察用药前后症状体征的改善情况。结果两组治疗后症状和体征总积分均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为100.0%,明显优于对照组的86.7%(P<0.05)。结论会厌逐瘀汤治疗痰热郁结型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction" in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of phlegm-heat accumulation.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with "Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction" and control group in which 30 cases were treated with "Gegen Decoction",with a course of 30 days.The clinical symptoms were observed.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms were significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.01) ,better in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05) ;the total effective rate was 100.0% in treatment group and 86.7% in control group(P < 0.05) .Conclusion "Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction" is quite effective for cervical spondylosis of phlegm-heat accumulation. |
