| 摘 要： | 总结从"治中焦如衡"辨治反流性食管炎的经验。脾不升清、胃失和降、胃气上逆导致中焦失衡为反流性食管炎的病机关键,可出现胃气上逆、肝火犯胃等证型,治疗以降逆和胃、平衡中焦为主。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the experience in differentiating and treating reflux esophagitis from balancing middle-jiao. The key pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis is imbalance of middle-jiao caused by spleen failing to ascend clear,failure of stomach qi to descend and adverse rising of stomach qi,which can present the syndromes of adverse rising of stomach qi and liver fire invading stomach. The treatments mainly focus on descending adverse qi for harmonizing stomach and balancing middle-jiao. |
