针药结合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变82例

目的观察针药结合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将82例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组42例。两组均予西医常规治疗,对照组加用甲钴胺注射液静脉滴注,治疗组加用补阳还五汤结合电针治疗;两组均治疗8周。观察症状和体征及正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度的变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为83.3%、70.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组正中神经、腓总神经运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药结合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效良好。

Combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine for type-2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy: A report of 82 cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture with Chinese medicine for the treatment of type-2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty-two cases were randomized into two groups: 40 cases in control group and 42 cases in treatment group.All the cases were treated by western routine treatment,and the control group was treated by additional Mecobalamin Injection and the treatment group was treated by additional "Buyang Huanwu Decoction" combined with acupuncture;with the course of 8 weeks.The scores of symptoms and signs,motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were observed.Results The overall effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In both of the groups,there were significant differences in MCV and SCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve between before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,there were significant differences in all the indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine has positive effect on the type-2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
