| 摘 要： | 秦汉时期提出"痰饮"一词,后世医家多有阐发。傅青主倡开瘀化痰,张景岳阐论滋肾治痰,张璐治痰力主养阴降火,王孟英治痰重展枢机。他们从不同层面丰富了中医痰病学,为后世痰病辨证论治奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | "Phlegm and fluid retention" first appeared during the Qin and Han Dynasties,and explicated by later generations.Fu Qingzhu advocated resolving blood stasis to remove phlegm;Zhang Jingyue explained nourishing kidney to treat phlegm;Zhang Lu proposed nourishing yin and reducing fire to treat phlegm,Wang Mengying emphasized mechanism of phlegm.All these enriched the theory of phlegm in TCM and laid the foundation in differentiating and treating phlegm for later generations. |
