培元益智方改善轻度认知障碍患者记忆商的临床研究

目的观察培元益智方对轻度认知障碍患者记忆商的影响。方法将符合轻度认知障碍标准的80例患者随机分为对照组38例和治疗组42例。对照组给予健康宣教、运动锻炼、饮食调摄等干预措施;治疗组在对照组治疗措施的基础上给予口服培元益智方;两组均治疗3个月,于治疗前、治疗3个月时采用修订韦氏记忆量表(WMS)进行记忆商(MQ)的评估。结果治疗组治疗后MQ及短时记忆分值较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组MQ分值、短时记忆分值的净增值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后1-100、积累、图片、再认、再生、联想、理解测验分值较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中1-100、图片、再认、联想、理解测验分值的净增值较对照组差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论培元益智方对提高轻度认知障碍患者记忆商具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation on "Peiyuan Yizhi Decoction" in improving the memory quotient of patients with mild cognitive disorder

Objective To observe the effects of "Peiyuan Yizhi Decoction" on memory quotient(MQ) and its sub-tests of mild cognitive disorder.Methods Eighty patients were randomized into control group and treatment group.Thirty-eight cases in control group were gave dietetic therapy and did exercises;forty-two cases in treatment group were treated with additional "Peiyuan Yizhi Decoction" orally,with the course of 3 months.The MQ of all the patients were assessed by Wachsler memory scale(WMS).Results The difference of short-term memory before and after treatment was significant in treatment group(P<0.01);compared with control group,the improvement of memory quotient and short-term memory in treatment group had significant difference(P<0.01);the score of 1-100,accumulation,picture,recognition,regeneration,association,understanding in treatment group had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01);The score increased in 1-100,picture,recognition,association and understanding had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion "Peiyuan Yizhi Decoction" is effective on improvement of memory quotient and its sub-tests in patients with mild cognitive disorder.
