穴位推拿治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征疗效观察

目的观察穴位推拿治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的临床疗效。方法将78例颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者随机分为两组。治疗组39例采用穴位推拿治疗,对照组39例口服美洛昔康片和复方氯唑沙宗片,疗程2周。结果治疗组总有效率为94.87%,对照组为79.49%(P<0.05);治疗后两组平均张口度和平均VAS评分与治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);且两组治疗后平均张口度和平均VAS评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论穴位推拿治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征疗效确切。

Clinical observation of acupoint massage for temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome.Methods Seventy-eight subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 39 cases were treated by acupoint massage,and control group in which 39 cases were treated by Meloxicam Tablets and Composite Chlorzozazone Tablets,with a course of two weeks.Results The overall effective was 94.87% in the treatment group and 79.49% in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the average mouth-opening width and VAS score were of significant differences in comparison with those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),as well as between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoint massage is quite effective for temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome.
