益肾平肝方对肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠血压及炎性细胞因子的影响

目的观察益肾平肝方对肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠血压及血IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的影响。方法采用自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)加灌服附子汤剂复制肝阳上亢型高血压模型。将复制成功的肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠随机分为中药组(7只,给予益肾平肝方)、西药组(7只,给予洛汀新),模型组(7只,给予蒸馏水),并以WKY大鼠作正常对照组(7只,给予蒸馏水)。测量各组大鼠干预后血压,并用ELISA法测大鼠血IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血压、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与模型组比较,中药组、西药组血压、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量明显降低(P<0.01);中药组和西药组比较,各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论益肾平肝方可以降低SHR血压和血IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量。

Effect of "Yishen Pinggan Decoction" on blood pressure and inflammatory cytokines in rats with hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity pattern

Objective To observe the effect of "Yishen Pinggan Decoction" on blood pressure,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in rats with hypertension of hyperactivity of liver yang pattern.Methods The rat models with hypertension of hyperactivity of liver yang pattern were replicated by administration of "Fuzi Decoction" in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR),and then randomized into Chinese medicine group(seven rats received "Yishen Pinggan Decoction"),western medicine group(seven rats received Lotensin) and model group(seven rats received distilled water),and WKY was experimented as control group(seven rats received distilled water).The blood pressure after treatment was detected and the content of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA.Results Compared with control group,the blood pressure,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α were increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with model group,the blood pressure,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were decreased significantly(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in every index between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion "Yishen Pinggan Decoction" can lower the blood pressure,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in SHR.
