激光灸与针复合治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

目的观察激光灸与针复合治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用用激光灸与针复合治疗仪照射犊鼻穴,对照组采用氦氖激光治疗仪照射犊鼻穴;两组均隔日治疗1次,共治疗6次,观察临床疗效及主要症状体征变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为80.0%、50.0%,组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后组内比较,各项症状体征积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,疼痛、行走痛、久坐站立痛、日常生活能力、上下楼能力积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光灸与针复合治疗仪可有效用于治疗膝骨关节炎。

Clinical study on composite laser acupuncture therapeutic apparatus for knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of composite laser acupuncture therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by composite laser acupuncture therapeutic apparatus,and control group in which 30 cases were treated by He-Ne laser irradiator.Both of the groups were treated by irradiating the Dubi points at every other day for 6 times.The clinical efficacy,main symptoms and signs scores were detected.Results The overall effective rate was 80.00% in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05);in both of the groups,there were significant differences in all indexes between before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,there were significant differences in pain scores(moving,sedentary stand,ect.) activities of daily living,abilities of upstairs and downstairs between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Composite laser acupuncture therapeutic apparatus has positive effect on knee osteoarthritis.
