芍药通腑汤治疗急性放射性肠炎30例

目的观察芍药通腑汤治疗急性放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法将60例急性放射性肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组予芍药通腑汤，对照组予诺氟沙星胶囊联合蒙脱石散（思密达）。两组疗程均为7天，观察临床疗效及临床症状体征积分变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93．3％、76．7％，组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后临床症状体征积分均明显减少（P〈0．05）；组间治疗后比较，临床症状体征积分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论芍药通腑汤能够改善急性放射性肠炎患者的临床症状。

Treatment of acute radiation enteritis with ＂Shaoyao Tongfu Decoction＂ ： report of 30 cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shaoyao Tongfu Decoction＂ for the treatment of acute radiation enteritis. Methods Sixty cases with acute radiation enteritis were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with ＂ Shaoyao Tongfu Decoction＂, and cnntrol group was treated with Norfloxacin Capsules and Smecta, with the course of 7 days. The clinical efficacy and scores of symptoms and signs were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs decreased in both two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Shaoyao Tongfu Decoction＂ can improve the clinical symptoms for the treatment of acute radiation enteritis.
