| 摘 要： | 采用补肾益气方治疗94例流产患者,保胎成功率达82％,同时随访血清催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)的动态变化,显示保胎成功组(Ⅰ组)PRL、P随孕龄增加而上升,保胎失败组(Ⅱ组)则随孕龄增加而下降,提示适当的生理性高PRL水平是维持正常妊娠的一个重要因素,补肾中药可促进蜕膜发育,增加PRL分泌,从而在维持妊娠中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Ninety-four women with underlying natural abortion were treated with "Kidney-Nourishing and Qi-Enriching Decoction", 82% of their fetus were protected. Moreover, the dynamic serum prolactin (PRL) and progesterone (P) were assayed. Results showed that PRL and P rose with the increasing gestational ages. It is suggested that physiologically elevated PRL is an important factor for healthy fetus, and kidney-nourishing herbs can promote the development of decidual membranes and the secretion of PRL, which is essential for pregnancy maintenance. |
