| 摘 要： | 陈锐深教授认为正气不足、冲任失调是晚期乳腺癌发生发展的内因，病性本虚标实，本虚以肝肾虚损为主，标实以气滞、血瘀、痰浊为多；强调对晚期乳腺癌的治疗要重视整体调理，因人制宜，综合治疗；重视循经用药，疏肝理气，调和冲任；强调肿瘤特性，活血化瘀，化痰散结，清热解毒；注重固本，宜健脾补肾、益气养血等。

| Abstract: | Professor Chen Ruishen argues that late mammary cancer is intrinsically caused by weak healthy qi and Conception-Thoroughfare Vessel disharmony; its pathogenesis is deficiency of liver-kidney insufficiency in root and excess of qi and blood stagnation and phlegm accumulation in branch; its treatment is based upon holistic regulation, individualized and comprehensive therapies, concentrates on the use of guiding herbs, discharging liver and regulating qi, harmonizing Conception and Thoroughfare vessels, activating blood and resolving stasis, resolving phlegm and dissolving mass, clearing heat and relieving toxin, nourishing spleen and kidneys, etc. |
