| 摘 要： | 为了观察中医药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）的临床疗效，采用健脾补肾活血法为主的中药治疗MDS 30例。结果：总有效率为73．3％，大多数患者治疗后临床症状好转，外周血、骨髓象及T淋巴细胞亚群也有明显改善。提示健脾补肾活血法为主治疗MDS，能调节免疫功能，抑制造血细胞的过度凋亡，促进造血细胞的分化成熟。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine in treating myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS),nourishing spleen and kidney and activating blood flow therapy was used to treat MDS in 30 patients.Results showed that the total effective rate was 73 3%;in most cases,the clinical symptoms improved and peripheral blood,bone marrow and subsets of T lymphocyte enhanced obviously.It is indicated that this therapy could regulate the immune function,suppress the excessive apoptosis of hematopoietic cells and promote the differentiation and maturation of hematopoietic cells. |
