| 摘 要： | 胃肠道反应是恶性肿瘤化疗管事中常见的毒副反应。将１６０例恶性肿瘤化疗者随机分为顺铂组和非顺铂组，每组８０例又分为甲，乙两组各４０例，甲组第１疗程加用中药，第２疗程以胃复安加地塞米松；乙组单用胃复安加地塞米松。结果：加用中药组在化疗期间呕吐和恶心明显减少。

| Abstract: | Gastrointestinalreactionisacommontoxicandsideeffectinmalignanttumorstreatedbychemotherapy.160casesofmalignanttumorstreatedbychemotherapyweredividedrandomlyintocisplatinumgroupandnoncisplatinum.80casesineachgroupwerefurtherdividedinto40casesinGroupAand40casesinGroupB.InGroupA,ChineseherbalmedicineswereaddedinthefirstcourseofthetreatmentsandMetoclopramideTabletsanddexamethasonewereaddedinthesecondcourseofthetreatments.InGroupB,onlyMetoclopramideTabletsanddexamethasonewereused.TheresultsshowedthatvomitingandnauseainthegrouptreatedwithChineseherbalmedicinesdecreasedobviouslyduringchemotherapy. |
