| 摘 要： | 探讨运用蛋白质组学技术研究肾阳虚异病同证的思路与方法。分析蛋白质组学与证候的内在联系，采用双向电泳(2-DE) 质谱(MS) 数据库的蛋白质组解决方案及药理学实验方法，探求肾阳虚证的蛋白质学本质。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the considerations and methods of different diseases with same syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency from the perspective of proteome. The potential relationship between proteome and Chinese medical syndro me is analyzed. Such proteomic and pharmacological methods as two-dimensional g el electrophoresis (2-DE), MS and database are adopted to study the proteinolog ical essence of kidney-yang deficiency. |
