推拿三步法治疗急性腰扭伤技术推广方式比较

目的比较推拿三步法治疗急性腰扭伤技术的讲解不同推广方式的临床疗效。方法将60例急性腰扭伤患者随机分配到讲解组和操作组,各30例;讲解组由接受过理论和操作方法培训的社区医师完成推拿治疗,操作组由接受过讲解和实践操作培训的社区医师完成推拿治疗,各治疗3次。观察两组治疗后的急性腰扭伤症状体征及日常生活动作评分及其临床疗效。结果治疗后两组急性腰扭伤症状体征及日常生活动作评分均明显增加（P〈0.05）,且操作组的评分大于讲解组（P〈0.05）;讲解组的症状及生活动作平均改善率和治愈率分别为77.37%、76.67%,操作组分别为91.12%、86.67%（P〈0.05）。结论推拿技术的推广应以讲解与操作示范相结合为宜。

Comparison of three-step Tuina therapies for acute lumbar sprain

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of different promotion ways of three-step tuina therapy in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 30 cases were treated with three-step tuina therapy by community doctors who took theoretical training of three-step tuina therapy,and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by community doctors who took theoretical training and practice of three-step tuina therapy.All cases were treated for three times.The acute lumbar sprain symptoms and signs and daily action score and clinical efficacy were evaluated in both groups.Results The scores were significantly increased in both groups（P〈0.05）,with striking increase in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）;the improvement rate and cure rate were 77.37% and 76.67% in the control group,while 91.12% and 86.67% in the treatment group,with significant differences between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Theoretical train and practice help promoting massage techniques.
