| 摘 要： | 介绍黄振翘教授从“泻肝清火,寓泻于补”论治再生障碍性贫血的思路及用药经验。其治疗原则是:风动泻肝,寓泻于补;血热凉肝,补泻兼施;脾虚主升,肝火宜降;阴损阳盛,当清伏热;肾虚伤阳,寒温并用;脾肾久虚,治肝活血。
