恢刺和关刺法治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪临床观察

目的观察恢刺和关刺法治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法30例中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的患者在肩髃、曲池、合谷穴施恢刺和关刺治疗,疗程40 d;采用Ashworth痉挛量表和简化的Fugl-meyer(SFMA)运动功能评测表观察治疗前后上肢的痉挛状态和运动功能。结果治疗后,Ashworth级别降低(P<0.05),SFMA分值明显提高(P<0.001),且肢体痉挛程度的降低与肢体运动功能的改善呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论恢刺和关刺法能缓解中风后上肢痉挛和改善其运动功能。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture in Treating Upper Limb Spasticity After Stroke

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hui and Guan acupuncture techniques in the treatment of upper limb spasticity after stroke.Methods Thirty subjects were treated by acupuncture at acupoints Jianyu(LI 15),Quchi(LI 11) and Hegu(LI 4)with Hui and Guan acupuncture techniques,with a course of 40 days.Asworth spasm measuring scale(Asworth)and simplified Fugl-meyer(SFMA)assessment were adopted to detect upper limb spasticity and motor function before and after treatments.Results After treatment,the rank Asworth decreased(P<0.05)and the spastic degree increased significantly(P<0.001);the decrease of muscular tension has positive relation with the increase of motor function of upper limb.Conclusion Hui and Guan acupuncture techniques are quite effective to relieve muscular spasm and recover the motor function of the upper limb.
