| 摘 要： | 目的观察食道通结颗粒联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期临床疗效。方法将80例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予紫杉醇加卡铂的方案化疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加用食道通结颗粒。两组疗程均为2个月,观察近期疗效,比较中医证候积分、化疗不良反应及免疫功能指标的变化情况。结果 (1)治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为55.00%、32.50%;组间近期疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P0.05)。(2)组间治疗后中医证候积分比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P0.05)。(3)试验期间,组间化疗不良反应(白细胞、血小板减少,贫血,恶心呕吐)比较,治疗组反应程度明显低于对照组(P0.05)。(4)组间治疗后比较,CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+及NK细胞水平差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论食道通结颗粒可显著提高中晚期食管癌的近期疗效,改善临床症状,减轻化疗后不良反应,同时调节患者的免疫功能。
