| 摘 要： | 将 177例妇女更年期综合征患者随机分为治疗组 118例、对照组 5 9例 ,治疗组以二仙汤合甘麦大枣汤治疗 ,对照组予以更年安片治之 ,疗程均为 1个月。结果 :治疗组与对照组 3个疗程后有效率分别为 4 2 %、2 0 % ,6个疗程后有效率分别为 92 %、4 7% ,两组 3个疗程、6个疗程的总有效率差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组优于对照组

| Abstract: | One hundred and seventy-seven subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 118 cases were treated with "Erxian Decoction" and "Ganmai Dazao Decoction", and control group in which 59 cases were treated with "Gengnianan Tablet", one month in a course. Results: The effective rates were 42% and 20% respectively in treatment and control groups after 3-month treatment(P<0.05); they were 92% and 47% after 6-month treatment (P<0.05). |
