摘    要:为研究针刺对老年性痴呆(AD)的疗效,70只大鼠分成7组:正常对照组(A),模拟对照组(B),氯化铝(AlCl3)组(C),SCOP组(D),AlCl3 SCOP组(E),针刺组(F),药物组(G),除A,B两组外,其余各组大鼠腹腔注射D-半乳糖,在此基础上,予以相应处理:C组胃饲AlCl3,D组注射SCOP,E组胃饲AlCl3 注射SCOP,F,G组以E组法造模并分别予针刺(大椎,百会),喂服药物哈伯因,疗程30d,B组模拟E组,以生理盐水鼻饲和腹腔注射,A组不作任何处理,结果:C,D,E3组大鼠水迷宫游出时间,错误次数,跳台的触电潜伏期,3min错误次数,与B组比较均有改变,其中E组最为明显,F,G组的各项指标较E组改善,且两组间基本相同,提示:多因素损伤能更好地突出AD的特征:针刺能提高AD动物的学习记忆功能。

Abstract:To study the acupuncture effect on Alzheimer's disease(AD),seventy rats were randomized into 7 groups:group A(normal group),group B(control group),group C with AlCl 3,group D with ACOP,group E with AlCl 3 and ACOP,group F with acupuncture treatment and group G with medicine treatment.Except groups A and B,the rats in other groups were given abdominal injection of D-galactose and then treatment:group C with AlCl 3 by injection,group D with SCOP by perfusion,group E with AlCl 3 by perfusion and SCOP by injection,groups F and G modeled as group E and respectively treated by needling Dazhui,Baihui,and with Hupperzine A for 30 days;group B was treated with mormal saline by perfusion and abdominal injection,group A treated by nothing.Results:in comparison with group B,time taken to swim out of the water labyrinth,error frequency,electric latent period and 3-minute error frequency in groups C,D and E changed,especially in group E;the indexes in groups F and G improved more significantly than those in group E,but similar between group F and G.It is suggested that multi-factor injury can better reflect AD and acupuncture can improve the memory.
