| 摘 要： | 目的观察气滞胃痛颗粒配合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法30例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的消化性溃疡患者(治疗组)给予气滞胃痛颗粒合奥美拉唑三联疗法,对照组26例仅给予奥美拉唑三联疗法,疗程28d;观察两组治疗后幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率和溃疡愈合情况及随访四周后临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率、溃疡愈合情况及临床症状改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气滞胃痛颗粒协同奥美拉唑三联疗法是治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡的有效方法。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Qizhi Weitong Granule" plus omeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer,30 Hp-relevant peptic ulcer patients in treatment group were treated with this Granule and omeprazole triple therapy and 20 cases in control group were just given omeprazole triple therapy,with a course of 28 days. The Hp eradicative rate,ulcerative healing rate and symptom improvement were observed. Results:The Hp eradicative rate, ulcerative healing rate and symptom improvement were significantly better in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05). It is showed that this Granule can complement with omeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. |
