特色水药罐治疗椎间盘源性腰痛32例

目的观察特色水药罐治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为两组，特色水药罐组（中药煎剂的药汁置于罐内，行拔罐法）32例，火罐组（传统拔火罐）30例，通过疼痛积分评定的变化进行疗效观察。结果两组患者治疗前后自身比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗结束后1个月随访疼痛评分分别与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论两种疗法均能改善椎间盘源性下腰痛的症状，特色水药罐疗效好于火罐治疗。

Treatment of 32 Cases of Lumbago due to Intervertebral Disc Diseases by Herbal Cupping Therapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal cupping therapy for lumbago due to intervertebral disc diseases.
