胃舒胶囊结合西药治疗功能性消化不良伴抑郁症35例

目的探讨胃舒胶囊结合西药治疗功能性消化不良伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将65例功能性消化不良伴抑郁症的患者随机分为治疗组（35例）和对照组（30例）,对照组给予多潘立酮片和黛力新治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加服中药制剂胃舒胶囊;两组疗程均为6周,观察临床疗效及临床症状评分、HAMD量表评分变化情况。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91.42%、33.33%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗前后组内比较,临床症状评分及HAMD量表评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;对照组治疗前后组内比较,各指标评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;组间治疗后比较,各指标评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论胃舒胶囊能明显提高功能性消化不良伴抑郁症的临床疗效。

Treatment of 35 cases of functional dyspepsia with depression by Weishu Capsule and western medicine
