| 摘 要： | 目的观察痛经Ⅱ号方口服结合外敷方敷脐治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。方法将70例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例;治疗组采用痛经Ⅱ号方口服结合中药敷脐,对照组口服月月舒痛经宝颗粒,治疗3个月经周期。观察两组临床疗效、痛经症状评分和疼痛VAS评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.29%,对照组为85.71%（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组痛经症状积分、VAS积分均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,且治疗组均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论痛经Ⅱ号方治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经疗效显著。
