中医辨证结合西药治疗结缔组织疾病相关间质性肺疾病临床观察

目的观察中医辨证联合强的松治疗结缔组织疾病相关间质性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法将58例结缔组织疾病相关间质性肺疾病患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组29例。治疗组予中医辨证联合强的松治疗，对照组予强的松片口服。两组疗程均为6个月，观察临床症状、影像学检查、肺功能的改善情况。结果治疗组、对照组症状疗效总有效率分别为93．1％、65．5％；组间症状疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组、对照组影像学疗效总有效率分别为93．1％、69．0％；组间影像学疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。组内治疗前后比较，两组FVC％、Dlco％差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中医辨证联合强的松治疗结缔组织疾病相关间质性肺疾病疗效优于单用西药。
