| 摘 要： | 从骨代谢物质基础的现代医学认识出发，把肾的功能概括为解剖学意义上的肾脏功能和综合概念意义上的肾的功能两个方面，认为补肾法研究可从此两方面考虑：一是以肾脏经化酶及肾脏对钙磷代谢的调控为主线进行探讨；一是对下丘脑—垂体--靶腺轴各个环节，以及各种相关调控因子深入研究。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of material basis of bone metabolism,the function of kidneys is classified into anatomical one and comprehensive one.Thus kidney-nourishing therapy can be carried out by two approaches:regulating the hydroxylase and calcium-phosphorus metabolism and harmonizing hypothalamic-pituitary-target gland axis. |
