| 摘 要： | 目的观察润燥解毒汤治疗干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法对22例患者以润燥解毒汤加减治疗3个疗程(12周)。结果外分泌腺功能总积分较治疗前有明显改善,总有效率为86.4%;治疗后,体征及相关检查的总积分较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01);抗La/SSB抗体阳性的SS的患者治疗前口干症状积分较抗La/SSB抗体阴者高P<0.05,治疗前后眼部检查积分差较远La/SSB抗体阴性患者低P<0.05。结论润燥解毒汤能够有效缓解干燥综合征的外分泌腺症状。

| Abstract: | The clinical efficacy of "Runzao Jiedu Decoction" was observed in the treatment of SjOgren's syndrome for three courses with four weeks in each course.Results: After treatment,exocrine gland function improved,with the total effective rate of 86.4%;after three courses,the physical sign and examination scores increased,P<0.01;those with positive La/SSB antibody had higher score than those with negative La/SBB antibody,P < 0.05;while the eye sign score was lower in the former than in the latter,P < 0.05.Conclusion: This Decoction can improve exocrine function and then improve clinical symptoms. |
