| 摘 要： | 探讨中医药治疗原发性肝癌的临床策略。认为原发性肝癌应以辨病与辨证结合论治为基本原则,根据临床分期选择恰当的治疗方案;早期以扶正为主、祛邪为辅,中期以祛邪为重、扶正为辅,晚期以扶正为先、祛邪并重,末期辅以外治减缓病痛。

| Abstract: | This paper is to discuss the clinical decision making of TCM treatment for primary liver cancer. It is believed that the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation is the basic principle of the treating, and the treatment is based on the clinical stage. Stress should be put on strengthening the body resistance in the early stage while eliminating pathogens is as subsidiary role. In the medium term stress should be put on eliminating pathogens and strengthening the body resistance is as subsidiary role. In the advanced stage, equal importance should be put on strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogens and external treatment should be used to alleviate sufferings at the end stage. |
