通络益肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病30例

目的观察通络益肾汤对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的临床疗效。方法选择3、4期DN患者60例,分为通络益肾汤治疗组、络汀新对照组各30例,疗程均为60 d,分别观察治疗前后临床症状、尿蛋白排泄率、血糖、血脂、血流变性、肾功能等指标变化。结果在改善DN临床症状方面,治疗组总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,(P<0.05);在降低尿蛋白排泄率方面,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);在血流变性、血脂、血糖方面,治疗组治疗后较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通络益肾汤可明显改善DN患者的临床症状,降低尿蛋白排泄率,能显著降低其血糖、调节血脂代谢紊乱,改善血流变性指标。提示通络益肾汤对DN患者具有确切的治疗效果。

Treatment of 30 Cases of Diabetic Nephropathy by "Tongluo Yishen Decoction"

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Tongluo Yishen Decoction" in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with "Tongluo Yishen Decoction" and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Lotensin,with a course of 60 days.The clinical symptoms,urinary protein excretion rate,blood sugar and lipid,rheology and renal function were observed.Results In improving clinical symptoms,the total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group,P < 0.05;there was no significance in reducing urinary protein excretion rate between two groups(P > 0.05).In treatment group,blood rheology,blood sugar and lipid were all improved obviously after treatment(P < 0.05),with significant differences in comparison with control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion "Tongluo Yishen Decoction" has positive effects on diabetic nephropathy.
