糖尿病患者糖代谢和数字化舌象关系的初步探索

摘    要:目的糖尿病患者的舌象可以反映血糖代谢的变化,以往多采用定性方式描述舌象和血糖的联系,本研究尝试探讨数字化舌象和血糖代谢之间的联系。方法采集83例糖尿病患者的舌象和血糖信息,分析糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)及日均血糖(Average BG,ABG)与舌象参数(利用数字化舌象仪获得)之间的关系。结果 1血糖指标与舌质参数:Hb A1c与TN-a*呈负相关(P0.05),与TN-L*、TN-CON、TN-ENT、TN-MEAN呈正相关(P0.05);FBG与TN-a*呈负相关(P0.05),与TN-L*呈正相关(P0.05);ABG与TN-L*呈正相关(P0.05)。2血糖指标与舌苔参数:Hb A1c与TC-a*、TC-b*、TC-ASM呈负相关(P0.05),与TC-L*、TC-CON、TC-ENT、TC-MEAN呈正相关(P0.05);FBG、ABG与舌苔参数无相关性(P0.05)。3 Hb A1c与舌象参数之间存在线性回归方程(R2=0.258,P0.001),残差分析提示入组糖尿病患者的Hb A1c符合回归模型。结论数字化舌象可能与糖尿病血糖代谢存在联系;与FBG和ABG相比,其与Hb A1c关系更为密切。

Exploration on correlation between glycometabolism and digital tongue picture in diabetic patients

Abstract:Objective Qualitative tongue information can reflect hyperglycemic changes in diabetic patients. This study aims to explore the correlation between digital tongue information and blood glucose. Methods Eight-three diabetic subjects were enrolled in our study. We measured tongue parameters by electric tongue measurement, and analyzed the relationship among tongue parameters: hemoglobinAlc (HbA1 c), fasting blood glucose (FBG) and average blood glucose (ABG). Results (1) Blood glucose and tongue nature (TN) parameters: /-IbAlc was negatively correlated with TN-α * (P 〈0.05), and positively correlated with TN-L * , TN- CON, TN- ENT and TN- MEAN ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; FBG was negatively correlated with TN- α* ( P 〈 0.05 ), and FBG and ABG were positively correlated with TN- L * ( P 〈 0.05 ). (2) Blood glucose and tonguecoating (TC) parameters : HbA1 c was negatively correlated with TC- a * , TC- b * and TC- ASM ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and positively correlated with TC-L * , TC-CON, TC-ENT and TC-MEAN ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; FBG and ABG showed no correlation with TC parameters ( P 〉 0.05 ). (3) The regression equation was established between HbA1 c and tongue parameters (R2 = 0. 258, P 〈 0. 001 ) ; the residuals plot showed that measured I-IbAlc conformed to the model. Conclusion Digital tongue information may associated with blood glucose in diabetic patients; it may have more closer relationship with HbA1 c than FBG or ABG.
