尪痹中医分型与HLA-DR4等位基因关系的研究

为探讨中国汉族人尪痹中医分型与人类白细胞抗原HLA-DR4等位基因的相关性,对196名尪痹患者检测HLA-DR4等位基因,并根据其临床表现、舌脉等进行辨证分型.通过Excel 97建立数据库,用计算机进行统计分析.结果196名患者中HLA-DR4阳性者110例(阳性率为56.1%).风寒湿阻、风湿热郁、痰瘀互结、肝肾阴虚四型患者中HLA-DR4阳性率分别为46.4%,51.2%,78.6%和82.8%(P＜0.05).提示尪痹中医分型与HLA-DR4等位基因相关,两者结合可作为判断疾病程度及预后的重要指标.

Correlation Between Chinese Medical Syndromes and HLA-DR4 Allele in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

To explore the correlation between Chinese medical syndromes and HLA-DR4 allele in the Han nationality of China in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA),the HLA-DR4 allele was detected and the syndromes were differentiated according to their clinical presentations,tongue coating and pulse in 196 cases. The data were statistically analyzed by computer. Results: 110 cases were positive in HLA-DR4 alleles; the positive rates of HLA-DR4 allele were 46.4%, 51.2%, 78.6% and 82 8% respectively in wind-cold-damp syndrome, wind-heat-damp syndrome, phlegm-stasis syndrome and liver-kidney yin-deficiency syndrome (P<0.05). It is indicated that the Chinese medical syndromes of RA were correlated with HLA-DR4 allele, which can be used as prognostic indicators.
