| 摘 要： | 目的观察安盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将65例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例,分别给予安盆汤(治疗组)及妇科千金胶囊(对照组)治疗,疗程3个月。对患者症状体征进行观察和评价。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.57%和73.33%(P<0.05)。结论安盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of"Anpen Decoction"to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods Sixty- five patients were randomly enrolled into two groups with the treatment group of 35 cases and the control group of 30 cases respectively. The protocol of"Anpen Decoction"was applied in the treatment group while the "Fuke Qianjin Capsule" was used in the control group and treated for three months.The clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 88.57%and 73.33% respectively,P<0.05.Conclusion"Anpen Decoction"is effective to treat PID. |
