归芍地黄汤加减方配合中药热敷治疗膝骨关节炎47例

目的观察归芍地黄汤加减方配合中药热敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(43例)。治疗组口服归芍地黄汤加减方配合中药祛膝痛经验方热敷,对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊。两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效及症状、体征积分变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.75%、81.40%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前后组内比较,两组临床症状、体征积分差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);组间治疗后比较,临床症状、体征积分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论归芍地黄汤加减方配合中药热敷治疗膝骨关节炎可显著改善患者临床症状。

Modified ＂Guishao Dihuang Decoction＂ and herbal fomentation for knee osteoarthritis： report of 47 cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified ＂Guishao Dihuang Decoction＂ and herbal fomentation for the treatment of knee osteoan：hritis. Methods Ninety cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into treatment group （ n = 47 ） and control group （ n = 43 ）. Treatment group was treated by modified ＂Guishao Dihuang Decoction＂ orally and herbal fomentation, and control group was treated by Celecoxib Capsule, with the course of 14 days. We observed the clinical efficacy and changes of symptoms and signs. Results The overall effective rate was 95.75% in the treatment group and 81.40% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. In each group, there were significant differences in scores of clinical symptoms amt signs between before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, there were significant differences in scores of clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined modified ＂Guishao Dihuang Decoction＂ and herbal fomentation can improve the clinical svmntoms of knee ostenarthritis.
