中西药结合介入治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

目的观察中药榄香烯加小剂量化疗药介入配合中医辨证治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法随机将50例老年非小细胞肺癌分为A组(中药榄香烯及小剂量化疗药介入治疗并配合内服中药)26例,B组(常规剂量化疗介入治疗)24例,比较治疗前后患者临床症状、生活质量的变化及瘤灶、生存期和毒副反应。结果两组患者经2个疗程治疗后临床症状均明显改善,总有效率A组、B组分别为69.2%、58.3%(P<0.05)。两组患者瘤灶变化相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。A组患者的生活质量明显提高,生存期延长,毒副反应小,与B组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西药介入治疗老年非小细胞肺癌能够改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生存质量,延长生存期,是临床治疗老年非小细胞肺癌有效方法之一。

Clinical Study on Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Senile Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of senile non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 50 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 26 cases were treated with this combined method and control group in which 24 cases were treated with chemotherapy. The clinical symptoms,life quality,focus,survival period and side effects were observed. Results The clinical symptoms improved in both groups;the total effective rate was 69.2% in treatment group and 58.3% in control group,P < 0.05;the treatment group had better life quality,longer survival and fewer side effects. It is showed that this method in quite effective for senile non-small cell lung cancer.
