65例慢性胃炎中医证候疗效观察与评价

目的探讨中医药在治疗慢性胃炎证候疗效中的优势。方法收集门诊慢性胃炎患者65例,随机分为治疗组（33例）和对照组（32例）。治疗组给予中药辨证论治治疗,对照组依据西医常规诊疗方案予以治疗,两组疗程均为4周。通过＂胃肠病中医证候评分表＂观察两组证候疗效及评价各证候的积分差异。结果两组治疗后证候总积分均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01）,其中治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组显效11例,有效20例,无效2例,总有效率为93.9%;对照组显效9例,有效18例,无效5例,总有效率为84.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。对＂食后腹胀＂＂精神疲乏＂＂四肢乏力＂＂精神疲倦＂＂失眠多梦＂等证候的改善治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）,而在改善患者＂胃脘疼痛＂方面对照组优于治疗组（P〈0.05）。结论在具体证候方面,中西医在治疗上各有优势;但在总体疗效和证候总积分方面,中医治疗均优于西医,反映了中医药治疗慢性胃炎在结局指标方面具有一定的优势。

Clinical observation of 65 cases of chronic gastritis treated by Chinese medicine

Objective To observe the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods Sixty-five cases of chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups ： treatment group in which 33 cases were treated by Chinese medicine on syndrome differentiation and control group in which 32 cases were treated by routine western medicine, with a course of four weeks. The clinical efficacy and syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment. Results The total syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased markedly after treatment（ P 〈0.01 ）, with more significant decrease in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 95.9% in the treatment group, higher than 84.3% in the control group（P 〈0.05）. The treatment group had better effect than control group in the improvement of after-meal abdominal distention, fatigue, limb weakness and insomnia（P 〈0.05 ）, while the control group had better effects than treatment group in the relief of epiagstric pain（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Chinese medicine and westen medicine have some advantages in the treatment of chronic gastritis, but Chinese medicine is better than western medicine in the improvement of syndromes.
