小柴胡汤加味联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘60例

目的观察小柴胡汤加味联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法将60例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为治疗组（31例）和对照组（29例）。治疗组予小柴胡汤加味和博利康尼片、普米克气雾剂治疗,对照组仅用博利康尼片、普米克气雾剂,疗程均为2周。观察咳嗽症状的变化,并评价临床疗效。结果2组治疗结束后的近期疗效以及治疗1年后的远期疗效比较,治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论小柴胡汤加味联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切。

Treatment of 60 cases of childhood coughing variant asthma by modified ＂Xiaochaihu Decoction＂ and western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Xiaochaihu Decoction＂ and western medicine in treating childhood coughing variant asthma. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 31 cases were treated by ＂Xiaochaihu Decoction＂ and bricanyl tables and budesonide aerosol,and control group in which 29 cases were treated by bricanyl tables and budesonide aerosol. Results The short-term and long-term effective rate in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion This therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine has positive effect on coughing variant asthma.
