摘    要:目的观察升降散治疗脓毒症性脑病的临床疗效。方法 42例脓毒症性脑病患者随机分为对照组20例和中药组22例,分别予以常规治疗和常规治疗加升降散治疗;在治疗前和治疗第7、14天进行格拉斯哥昏迷评分(glasgow com a scale,GCS),同时检测血清学指标(血常规,CRP,ESR,TNFα-,IL6-)变化。结果治疗第14天中药组患者的GCS评分高于对照组(P〈0.05);CRP、ESR、TNFα-、IL-6下降大于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论升降散可抑制血清中CRP、ESR、TNFα-、IL-6等的产生和释放,以治疗脓毒症性脑病。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Shengjiang Powder" in the treatment of septic associated encephalopathy. Methods Total 42 cases were randomly divided into two groups : control group in which 20 cases were treated by routine modality and treatment group in which 22 cases were treated by routine modality and "Shengjiang Powder". Both of these two groups were rated by glasgow coma scale(GCS) and the levels of such indicators as blood routine, CRP, ESR, TNF-α and IL-6 were detected after 7-day and 14-day treatments. Results After 14-day treatment, the GCS score was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P 〈0.05 ) ; the levels of CRP, ESR, TNF-α and IL-6 were lowered more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion "Shengjiang Powder" can suppress the release of CRP, ESR, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 to treat septic associated Encephalopathy.
