中西医结合治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法将90例肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为中西医结合组34例,中药组30例、西药组26例。中西医结合组采用温巢汤合达英-35治疗,中药组采用温巢汤治疗,西药组单用达英-35治疗。各组均治疗3个月经周期,观察临床疗效,及治疗后原睾酮（T）、黄体生成素（LH）和卵泡刺激素（FSH）的变化情况。结果中西医结合组总有效率85.29%,中药组总有效率83.30%,西药组总有效率65.38%;其中中西医结合组及中药组临床疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,且两组疗效均优于西药组（P〈0.05）。与本组治疗前比较,各组治疗后FSH、LH含量、LH/FSH比值及T含量均较治疗前降低（P〈0.01）,治疗后中西医结合组、中药组T含量低于西药组（P〈0.05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效与单用中药相似,且两组疗效均优于单用西药治疗。

Clinical research of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome of kidney yang deficiency

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on polycystic ovarian syndrome of kidney yang deficiency.MethodsNinety patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome of kidney yang deficiency were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group（ITCWM group,n=34）,Chinese medicine group（n=30）and western medicine group（n=26）.ITCWM group was treated with ＂Wenchao Decoction＂ and Diane-35,Chinese medicine group with ＂Wenchao Decoction＂ only,western medicine group with Diane-35.Treatment course was three menstrual cycles.Clinical curative effect was assessed,and levels of testosterone（T）,luteinizing hormone（LH） and follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH） were determined before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the ITCWM group was 85.29%,similar to 83.30% in the Chinese medicine group（P0.05）,higher than 65.38% in the western medicine group（P0.05）.The levels of FSH,LH,T and ratio of LH/FSH decreased after treatment in each group（P0.01）,and the levels of T in the ITCWM group and the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group（P0.05）.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and Chinese and western medicine only has similar effect on polycystic ovarian syndrome of kidney yang deficiency.
