芪参益气滴丸对实验性动脉粥样硬化超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的观察芪参益气滴丸对实验性动脉粥样硬化兔的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法雄性新西兰大白兔20只,喂养高胆固醇饲料造模,12周末将模型兔随机分为自然消退组和中药组,药物干预12周。分别于实验开始、12周末、24周末检查hs-CRP水平。结果第12周hs-CRP水平较造模前明显升高(P<0.01);第24周中药组hs-CRP水平明显降低,与用药前相比差异显著(P<0.01)。病理检测显示,中药组斑块厚度减小,泡沫细胞减少,体积变小。结论芪参益气滴丸可以显著降低hs-CRP水平,具有抗炎作用,从而可延缓和抑制动脉粥样硬化的进展。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of "Qishen Yiqi Droplet" on serum level of high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)in rabbits with atherosclerosis. Methods Model with atherosclerosis was induced by feeding high-fat diet and arterial intimal injury of ventral aorta with ballon.Twenty New Zealand white rabbits with atherosclerosis were randomly divided into control group and chinese medicine group. They were fed up with medicines for 12 weeks. At the beginning, the 12th and 24th weeks of experiment, the levels of hs-CRP were detected. Results The level of hs-CRP increased at the 12th week of experiment. Compared with pre-treatment, the level of hs-CRP in the chinese medicine group decreased markedly, there was a significant difference between them(P < 0.01). The detection in pathology displayed that plaque thickness diminished, the foam cells shrank and the number of them reduced. Conclusion "Qishen Yiqi Droplet" can lower the level of hs-CRP to prevent the progress of atherosclerosis by inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
