| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠脉通颗粒剂中丝瓜络的提取工艺。方法采取正交实验法筛选丝瓜络的最佳提取方法,以多糖含量、收膏率作为评价指标。结果筛选出的最佳工艺条件为:加30倍的水量,煎煮3次,每次1.5h。结论该工艺经3次验证,稳定可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the extraction technology of Retinerus luffae fructus(RLF). Methods Adopt the orthogonal experiment to select optimum experimental method. Results The optimal extraction technology was ascertained; the condition of RLF was extracted three times for 1.5 h each time with 30 times of water. Conclusion Three authentication experiments prove that the technology of the extraction can work stably. |
