| 摘 要： | 目的观察膏方防治支气管哮喘的疗效。方法支气管哮喘患者58例给予膏方治疗,对其治疗前后发作频率、夜间症状、喘息、哮鸣音等项目进行分级计分,比较治疗前后的变化;并根据服用膏方的年限分成A组和B组,比较服药年限对治疗作用的影响。结果痊愈18例,有效31例,无效9例,治疗后临床症状的计分较治疗前降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),B组在发作频率方面的改善较A组明显。结论膏方可减少哮喘的发作频率,控制发作时的严重程度。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of herbal paste in the treatment of bronchial asthma,58 subjects were treated by herbal pastes.The asthma frequency, night symptom,wheezing and roaring sound were observed. Results 18 cases were cured, 31 cases improved,9 cases failed; the symptom scores reduced after treatment (P < 0.01). It is showed that herbal paste can reduce asthma frequency and severity. |
