| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病的中医辨证分型特点及与年龄、病程、胰岛素抵抗、脂代谢的关系。方法收集120例2型糖尿病患者首诊时的临床资料,按阴虚热盛、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚和湿热困脾辨证分型,对有关资料进行回顾性分析及相关分析。结果中医证型以气阴两虚型最多见,其次为阴阳两虚型,然后是阴虚热盛型和湿热困脾型;病程5年以上兼有血瘀证表现者高于5年以下;湿热困脾证TC、TG和LDL-c增高,HDL-c降低,阴虚热盛证TC、TG和LDL-c与气阴两虚证相比有显著差异;存在胰岛素抵抗者以气阴两虚证为最多。结论2型糖尿病随着病程的进展,中医证型逐渐由阴虚热盛、湿热困脾向气阴两虚、阴阳两虚演变,且多兼有血瘀。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between Chinese medical syndrome and age, duration, insulin resistance and lipid metabolism. Methods 120 subjects were retrospectively analyzed. Results Type 2 diabetes is mostly of qi-yin deficiency, with the duration over 5 years, etc. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes progresses from yin deficiency to qi-yin deficiency and yin-yang deficiency. |
